192 Lenox

Located in the Mount Morris Park Historic district in Manhattan, 192 Lenox Avenue consists in the rehabilitation and conversion of a single room occupancy, four stories townhouse, into a condominium with five residential units and a retail space at ground level. A mix of one two-bedrooms, two studios and two one-bedroom duplexes with is the residential component of the condominium. The historic restoration focused in the exterior architectural details. New vertical circulation and building systems were retrofitted in the building interior.
