ELOD Studio is a multiple-scale design practice based in New York City & Italy (Molise). The firm’s diverse portfolio includes a broad-spectrum of work in interiors, multi-family buildings, new developments, urban scale and community engagement design projects. ELOD’s approach embraces project-specific concept and design. An integrated process involves consultants, clients, contractors, construction techniques and cost controls to coordinate and achieve the project goals.
Alessandro Cimini
Alessandro graduated from the Facolta di Architettura at the Universita degli Studi di Roma and has a MS in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. He holds a Construction Manager certificate from Pace University. He was a Visiting Critic at the School of Architecture, Syracuse University.
Ignacio Lamar
Ignacio graduated from the Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo at Universidad Central de Venezuela, and has a MS in Architecture and Urban Design and Advanced Architectural Design, both from Columbia University. He was a Visiting Critic at GSAPP, Columbia University and at the School of Architecture, Syracuse University.
David Jimenez RA. (Associate)
David has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida and has been practicing architecture since 1987. He has extensive experience in NYC Building Code, Local Laws, Multiple Dwelling Laws, Housing maintenance Code, & Zoning Resolution. David is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Connecticut, and California and has been a Building Code consultant, Zoning Resolution consultant, and an Expert Witness since 2013.
