Located in the Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill Historic district in Manhattan, the rehabilitation project entails the conversion of a single room occupancy four stories townhouse, into a six residential units building with one commercial space at ground level. Two duplexes in third and fourth floor top the townhouse. The project includes restoration of the circulation core and existing wood ornamentation throughout. The rehabilitation qualified for the federal preservation tax incentives program.
