Located in the Dorrance Brooks Square Historic District in Harlem, the project proposes the rehabilitation of a pair of identical row houses and conversion into an eight residential unit building. The rehabilitation of these Renaissance Revival row houses takes in consideration exterior and interior historic components of the buildings and incorporate them into the new occupancy. The exterior proposal restores the two-story limestone base and the brick facade above. In the interior the historic wood ornamentation will be restored and reuse.
